If you do not provide an image or logo, and you have authorised us to do so in the registration form, we may select a publicly available photo from:

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • Other publicly accessible online sources

  • We will not publish any image without your prior authorisation to do so.

  • You may request removal at any time.


C. Technical data
When you visit the Directory, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address

  • Usage data

  • Cookies (see Cookie Policy, if applicable)

  • This data is collected solely for website functionality and security.

 

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

5. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

Your business listing and authorised images remain online until:

you request removal, or
the Directory permanently ceases operation.
You may request deletion of your data or removal of your listing at any time.

  • The accuracy of information provided by third parties

  • The availability or content of external websites or social media platforms


11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your listing, image selection, or publication

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Directory

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided by businesses or sourced from public websites

  • Our total liability in relation to the processing of your data shall not exceed £1

  • Nothing excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.


12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

Continued use of the Directory after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
