GREGORIO SOSA
I’m a solution-focused hypnotherapy practitioner with over 10 years’ experience supporting adults with a range of mental health challenges. I help clients with anxiety, low mood, motivation, phobias and more, using a positive, forward-focused approach. Bilingual in Spanish and English, I offer sessions online and in Bristol for clients in the UK and abroad.

PEDRO GARCIA
I offer inclusive therapy in English and Spanish, both online and in person in Greenwich (SE10) and London Bridge (SE1). I support people navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, low self-esteem, identity questions, and offer LGBTQIA+ affirmative and men’s mental health support.

GIOVANNA SAAD
I work with a trauma-informed approach, supporting people through emotional difficulties, recovery, and personal growth. My work is grounded in compassion and creating a safe space for reflection and change.

ADRIANA OLMEDO
I’m Adriana Olmedo, a clinical psychologist supporting emotional wellbeing and mental health. I work with people navigating trauma and the emotional impact of migration, offering a caring space to reflect, heal, and strengthen mental wellbeing through understanding and support.

VITAL KOMPASS
I’m Cris Ferraz Prade, from Vital Kompass, and I offer integrative psychotherapy for adults in London. My work focuses on providing a supportive, reflective space through psychotherapy and counselling, drawing on mindfulness, wellbeing, and compassionate care. I work with individuals in both Portuguese and English, and I’m involved in group facilitation, mentoring, and wellbeing workshops, supporting people through different life experiences with care, presence, and empathy.

MARLENE MONTOYA
I’m Marlene Montoya Walsh from Peru, offering alternative and holistic wellbeing support for women. My work focuses on integral wellbeing through counselling, coaching, mindfulness practices, workshops, and transpersonal women’s circles, creating supportive spaces for personal growth and connection in the UK.

MIGRANT MIND
I’m Johana Garcia, originally from Colombia, working in psychology and neuroscience with a focus on mental wellbeing. My work is centred on empowering minds and supporting emotional growth through thoughtful conversations, coaching, and wellbeing-focused practices. I collaborate with community initiatives and organisations to promote mental health awareness and create spaces for connection and support.
