I’m Chef Jorge Pacheco, an Ecuadorian chef based in London. My journey into cooking began after moving to Europe, where I worked in some of the continent’s leading kitchens and discovered a deep passion for food. Through El Inca Plebeyo, I’ve embraced my Ecuadorian heritage, sharing a modern take on traditional flavours and bringing Ecuadorian cuisine to my London home.

We’re Nathali, originally from Colombia, and Monica, co-founders of Mama Let’s Eat. We’re two mums from different countries, now based in London, brought together by our love for food, creativity, and family life. With backgrounds in communication and design, we decided to reinvent ourselves and follow our shared passion for cooking with heart and intention.
Mama Let’s Eat is about homemade food, shared stories, and creating joyful, nourishing meals that bring people together around the table.
